September 25, 2024This is my first apartment while going to NIU. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. My roommate and I like the good space it has and nice size bedrooms. It is close to campus which is nice as well.Property Manager Responded

Transparent
July 25, 2024Really enjoyed living here. I like that they don't nickle and dime you here. I only paid once for a parking pass, guest passes were free and the the things we did get charged for made sense and Jessica explained them clearly upfront. There were no surprises, which I really appreciated as a student trying to budget everything I needed to pay for. Would recommend to any 1st time renter.Property Manager Responded

easy to meet people

Cuddles
August 1, 2023I liked living here, but it would be so much easier if they had some furnished apartments. There isn't much available in DeKalb for that. Great for Freshman
July 27, 2023I would tell anyone with a freshman to go to Eco Park. I was really nervous sending my son away for the first time, but they were wonderful through the whole process.
