November 11, 2024I really enjoy the property as a whole but my move in experience was absolutely terrible. If I had another option and was not rushing to find a place to stay, this would have no longer been a choice and I would have forfeited my security deposit. The property manager is not flexible, lacks customer service skills, has a very nasty attitude, is not reachable and was dishonest about issues I brought up on the property.Review from Apartments.com

There's not many communities like this is Jacksonville. It's like having your own house but with all the amenities and maintenance perks of apartment living!Property Manager Responded
