14 Years and still loving it.
May 8, 2018I keep hearing about all these apt. complexes and their problems. Never any here. Always same day service and if a leak or something they are there immediately. I've had several leaks from my own and upstairs apt. Of course usually in the middle of the night and on weekend. Night manager was here in less than an hour and leak stopped ASAP. Problem fixed in the morning. They have regular spraying for bugs and changes of filters. Security is great and if there has been any kind of a problem, they ...notify everyone the next day by a notice on your door with instructions on what to do in an emergency. My air didn't work one hot summer day. Maintenance came within a half hour, determined they couldn't fix it, called their professionals ( who must be on retainer),, i ended up with a new air conditioner the same day. I read horror stories about good places that went all summer without air because they couldn't get it fixed. Anyone that comes to pick me up, always comment on how well the grounds are kept and how pretty the complex looks. I have owned my own home and couldn't get the service we get here. A little piece of heaven
February 12, 2016I've been very impressed with how the staff treated me from the minute I walked in the office the first time. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The couple of maintenance issues that I had at the beginning were taken care of VERY quickly with great communication about the status of the work. September 10, 2015My apartment is very nice the nicest I've had since living in apartments. I love the idea of having a fireplace it makes the apartment so cozy. the vaulted ceiling is nice also. Just yesterday I went home for lunch and saw that someone had broke into an elderly ladies apartment. Quiet and Quaint area
July 24, 2015The area that these apartments are in is off the beaten path. There is a nice walking path that is a little over a mile long. Every apartment includes a washer and dryer, along with a fireplace. There is 2 gorgeous outdoor pools, along with an indoor pool and exercise room. Maintenance is quick when/if they are ever needed. Grounds are kept clean and well landscaped! The rent is very reasonable for the city and they always have a special running every month to assist with move in costs!!
