DO NOT LIVE HERE
May 26, 2022This place is awful. We have had so many apartment managers in the 10 months I’ve lived here. They don’t have online payments, have absolutely no communication skills whatsoever, and are just generally unkind. The trash bill went up by $50, but the trash hasn’t been picked up in almost 2 months. It’s all piled up outside and gross. What are we paying for? There are no amenities, the apartments aren’t even that nice, the area is meh, and I honestly can’t think of any good things to say. The ...apartment manager is very selective IF she does respond. She will only respond to one thing in an email even if you mentioned a few different issues. Forget about calling because you will never get an answer. I’ve called quite a few times because of the no online payments situation, and have never gotten an answer or call back. Worst place to live. We would break our lease if it wasn’t 3.5k. We most definitely won’t be staying when our lease is upRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t be fooled by the exterior
April 29, 20225 property managers in less than a year. New property management company took over, online rental portal was deactivated and announced the switch the day before rent was due. The notices put on everyone’s door had incorrect contact info so couldn’t get ahold of anyone who works here. No onsite property manager and no direction on where to drop off a rent check. HVAC systems were installed improperly in almost all the units resulting in leaking HVAC in the walls of several units and leaving mold. ...Windows were installed improperly so windows do not close all the way resulting in large cold drafts coming into the unit and extremely increased PGE bills. Poor communication between management and residents. Raises in prices but no fixes to maintenance issues. What are you paying for? There’s no pool, no gym, nothing. I wouldn’t move here if I were looking for a new place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
