So it could have changed. I would really suggest getting a PO Box since I had about $200 worth of stuff stolen from the lobby. People go through the trash out back a lot so there is always trash everywhere near the back door. It can get a bit noisy!!! Positives: I honestly loved the location. It’s such a great place to live! Even if it can be a bit dangerous. The aesthetic of this place is super nice! Old timey Seattle vibes. My neighbors were super cool and super nice. I always felt safe with them around. I feel like there were some really awesome people living in this apartment and also some really sus people but more nice that bad.

Call Edwards to check - since my bank account was charged the 170 months ago, and am told they sent me to collections and I have to pay them. I now have to request for their ledger to be checked, and dispute the collections. Its a nice room, but if you choose this place be sure to keep ALL payment records and be ready for debt collection calls.
