August 29, 2022Elan Inwood is a great townhome community! It is super pet friendly and well kept. The grounds are lovely, and safety of residents is top notch. Erika at the Elan office is a tremendous asset. She is very personable, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for the residents. I highly recommend living at Elan Inwood. May 19, 2022This place is a dump. Pay for exterminator monthly yet 3 times ant infestation. Tell me to buy my own bait. Maintenance shows up eventually but never fixes problems. Called out 3 times about washer, now I have a leak through my ceiling and no idea when it will be fixed. Called about loose toilet, never fixed. Pest control is offered every Wednesday for any issues you may have. Please enter a service request for service when needed. We will make sure our vendor takes care of your home, provided they are able to gain access. You should not have to purchase your own bait. If this is what you were told, I deeply apologize.
