You could find a better place for the money you're paying here.
February 4, 2022No AC and is hot in summer even with window unit. Winter is terrible here, they dont do a good job at plowing so you get stuck trying to come in and out of the complex. Windows are old and leak air. No stove range or sink disposal making it hard to clean and sinks get clogged/slow down quickly. Walls are PAPER THIN, I can here my neighbor using the bathroom when im in my bed. Shared laundry between 2 apartment buildings. No lock on entrance to building so anyone can walk in. Price goes up every ...year and they dont improve on anything in the apartments. Management is nice and fixes things quickly when asked.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Kids are NOT welcome here!!!!
September 15, 2017If you have kids, don't move here. The people who live here are OLD and don't like kids. We can't WAIT to move out!!!! They constantly complain about noise!! Kids play, kids make noise! Kids jump up and down on the floor. That is what kids do. It is NOT a retirement community, but it SHOULD BE. Parents you can do better!!! We will move to a community with a pool and playground that welcomes children!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Very pleasant
September 12, 2015It's a very quiet and pleasant community. It's right across the street from the metro parks with walking trails, I go walking all the time. The staff and ladies in the leasing office are very pro-active and I believe they do care about the people who live here. I like the fact that it's a much smaller community with several buildings broken down into a handful of apartments per building. I think it works better that way than living in a large several story high building with being surrounded ...on all sides by hundreds of apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Community in Parma Heights
September 8, 2015These apartments are perfect for people who want to live near the city, but away from all the noise. The location is conveniently located near plenty of shopping, restaurants, great schools, the highways, and it's right across the street from the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks. The apartments are affordable, spacious, and provide great natural lighting with so many views. If you are looking for a great community to live in, you've found it!Review from Apartments.com
