This place has slowly gone down hill, the mail situation. There are packages everywhere! It’s difficult to find your packages and they are often locked up in the leasing office instead of the mail room. God forbid you get something sent same day or over night and they accept the package and keep it locked up all night. They praise themselves for having EV charging but the spots are ALWAYS taken by ICE cars that treat these spots like their personal spot. They also raised the charging price for ...
EV charging from $.23 to $.50/kWh which is unheard of, and the absolute highest in the area. I reached out to PowerFlex to confirm this was raised by Eleanor management and NOT PowerFlex. The average price for electricity in Milpitas is .27kWh. The hot water situation is ridiculous, the hot water is always out and the water pressure sometimes is nonexistent. No water for two days again!! Oh and this service you pay $20 for a month, valet trash. Imagine everyones trash can in the hallways every evening and the smell. It’s great having friends and family visit and theycomplain about the smell and ask why there is trash everywhere. Then there are the residents that ALWAYS have their trash in the hallway which is an eye sore and it STINKS!! The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors all night just walking around. The car break-ins, no on site security, just residents leaving crap in their car and wondering why there car was broken in twice. So if you hate hot water, enjoy being over charged for charging your car, like smelly hallways, enjoy seeing glass in parking garages and enjoy doing scavenger hunts to find your package then this is the place for you!!

If you like icy cold showers in cold winters, this is exactly the place for you. Note that this is a recurring issue. The worst part is management is not at all accountable and does not bother fixing the issue. Save yourself and rent somewhere else.

They will lie through their teeth. Once you sign the contact it’s too bad for you .. nothing they guaranteed will be carried out. Monthly Concession discount did not receive .. quite living in penthouse.. not true.. very noisy apartment. When someone walk in the hallway my door and floor shakes. When someone close the door my door and floor shakes. When someone talks in the hallway it sounds like they’re in my living room.

Eleanor is a place if you want to experience living in a nice community. To me I get the feeling of living in a neighborhood since we are surrounded by other apartment complexes and town homes. You can go to the grocery store which is near by, you have a gym located in the complex, and the common areas are aesthetically pleasing.
