ZERO soundproofing

This community is priced among the more expensive complexes in Wilmington and does have nice amenities. However... there is ZERO soundproofing between the apartment above or below. You can literally hear every footstep from the apartment above and can hear even the slightest base from the television or music from the apartment below. It really is a shame the developer cut corners on soundproofing these apartments that are suppose to be "luxury." Think twice before spending the high rent at ...
