December 18, 2024Friendly staff, nice parking garage. The apartment wasn’t very throughly cleaned when I moved in. Overall good experience so far. Conveniently located next to VTA for occasional usage. The windows don’t provide much sound proofing.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024Love the quality of the apartment's individually and the price for the size/quality. The amenities are nice but are often closed and I wish the elevator/key fobs/ garage weren't out of order so often. The maintenance team is awesome and super nice :)Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2024I still love my home! It's been over 2 years and I've never really had an issue. The open layout and lush carpets is my favorite part. The office staff and maintenance team are prompt with any inquiries I have. I like the view of downtown, the amenities, and the location (including easy VTA access). My only nitpicky things are the rent price hikes, the flies and smells around trash chutes that get out of control at certain times of the year, and my tire/wheel got stolen from my car once. ...Otherwise, I foresee myself staying here indefinitely :)Property Manager Responded
