  • Awful place to live!

    The ONE good thing about it is the location, but you can still have a dumpster fire on a tropical island and call it what it is! Awful management, disgusting groundskeeping and property upkeep overall! MOLD, MILDEW, DOG URINE AND POOP, VOMIT, ETC. all throughout the hallways in various capacities across different floors. NEVER cleaned! Smells like a literal dumpster every time you walk through the building, occasionally like a public restroom instead. Lee's Summit as a COMMUNITY dreaded this ...
    property coming to Downtown Lee's Summit and they had every right to. Can't say enough how much I do NOT recommend living here!
