Ellington Street Apartments

stepped on them a few times during the day, that's how bad it is. When you move in the they say a exterminator is supposed to come every month, they even have it posted up in the apartment halls. Not once did a exterminator come & Ive been here for about 9 months. This is sad. Also the garbage is right on the side of the house in garbage cans not even in a dumpster & it is literally right outside your window, the smell is disgusting. If you are gonna to move here be prepared to share your apartment with rodents (rats), have the smell of trash lingering, and expect the staff to do nothing about it. So please just avoid living here in the first place. The next move is to call the city or state and get this place place shut down this is unfit living conditions and I'm not the only one with these problems the whole complex has these issues. So do not move into these apartments.
