RUN THE OTHER WAY!! , no seriously!!
January 11, 2020i moved here in February 2019 and it was literal hell from the tome i moved in til i mived out. the very first week i moved i had a house warming party, next day roaches were all over the kitchen! i’m not a nasty person so i know for sure i didn’t transport them. i had “pest control” come and spray the apt like 5 times and it did absolutely nothing. the coolant from ac leaks in bathtub. ac went out in 90+ degree weather. thin walls and you can literally hear everything thats going on outside. car ...alarms go off constantly. police sirens constantly and my car was broken into twice. and in 11 months they changed property managers 3 times. this place is literally a joke. i wish i could give them negative starsProperty Manager Responded

August 19, 2015The apartments are ok for the price. They are located in a decent area of Arlington and provide gated entry and exit gates. The maintenance crew are always working so they can be backed up a lot on non priority repairs. The management is nice and helpful.Review from Apartments.com
Most terrible living experience ever
July 22, 2015I've lived at Monterra Point apartments in Arlington off of Pioneer pkwy for several months and I don't think there is enough space on this review page to express how horrible the experience has been... From mold, to ceilings caving in, to leaks, and a bad living environment. The maintenance team and management are terrible and could care less about your living conditions. I would recommend to stay far away from that terrible place..!Review from Apartments.com
Satisfied 1st Timers
July 20, 2015Or a first timer moving out of my perents house couldn't have been any easier. I moved from California to Texas within 4 weeks. All with the help of the ACM from Monterra Pointe. One thing though our apartment was not move in ready like it should have been. Some issues here and there but they all got resolved within a week. Over all the community is quiet some neighors are rude but that's normal. I'm happy with my apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone e just be sure it's ...move in ready before you travel half way across the country.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
