Thank you to the management team and the original development team - including developer, architects and civil engineers for creating the best apartment building I have seen and or lived in, in the south! ( have lived in the south since 2002). It is very well done and has been well maintained generally since it was built. Love the location in the city with great access to all that downtown has to offer - restaurant, shops, common work spaces, parks, the ...Swamp Rabbit Trail syste. It also has great access to the upstate interstate and roadway network for travel outside of the city. I love the convenience of having parking spaces in a garage. I hate looking at parking lots and the other issues with surface parking.
