Happy Little Home
January 28, 2022I really love my apartment. When I was apartment hunting, there were some non-negotiables: AC, a deck or outside area, in-apartment laundry. I have all of these. When I moved in, it was bright and clean and obviously well cared for. The building is a little older and there are some idiosyncrasies: locations of light switches, how the laundry machines are set up, and squeaky floors. On the bright side, I live happily with the knowledge that I don't have to maintain or fix anything! The people who ...own and manage the complex are kind, responsive, and happy. Before committing, I toured the apartment that I live in. When I moved in, the owner helped me access the bike garage. Whenever I have an issue, it has been taken care of within 24 hours. I appreciate the clear and effective communications from the owners and managers. I have met many of my neighbors and have become good friends with some of them. People respect each others' privacy but are courteous, polite, and pleasant with each other.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
