Good first place
July 10, 2020As a first apartment, it was cheap rent with full utilities paid. As a starter apartment, it was good to ease into the world of renting places. You don't have to worry about utilities.The management always got back to me (If they didn't answer) and work orders were promptly dealt with. I recommend this place to first-timers or those with lower budgets. That being said, you do get what you pay for. It's an older place with older appliances. But should an issue arise they will be fixed in a timely ...manner. I have never encountered an issue with management. Bad management
March 7, 2020I've never had a harder time getting ahold of a manager. And when I finally did, found out they didnt have anything available for several months when on here it says every size apartment is available.Review from Apartments.com
