  • Property is Great....Office staff, not so much!

    The property is beautiful and it is in a great location. I have lived there for a year and a half. I have been a quiet tenant who takes cares of my apartment and the common areas of the property as well as always paying my rent early each month. However, though the property itself exceeded my expectations the staff that works in the office are very underwhelming. In my short time there, I have only had to speak to the staff in the office 2 or 3 times. They look at you as if you are bothering them ...
    and of course how dare you do so. When they finally speak to you, they are very cold and rude. I am not sure if the office staff is self aware enough to understand how their actions make their tenants feel. Nonetheless, how they behave towards the existing and current tenants is very unprofessional and inappropriate, creating what feel like a hostile living environment. I don't dare speak up about any issues that could be resolved due to their lack of professionalism and empathy. They will be kind to you in order to get that lease signed but once you have done so, you are no longer worthy of kindness or their attention. Until this organization can hire people that can be kind and helpful to their residents, I would not recommend this property.....which is very unfortunate.

    Experienced multiple unauthorized entries at Elysian at the Palms. Lost valuables, faced inconsistent communication from management, and felt my security and privacy were constantly compromised. Extremely dissatisfied.

  • HORRIBLE

    Do not live here. For the amount of rent they’re charging you’re better of spending a little more for a spot on the strip but with REAL security & customer service or a lower rent place that’s cheaper but still much safer. Their office staff (the assistant manager) are so rude and barely even work proper hours (Hailey). Always claiming to be too busy to address real issues like safety concerns but clocking out an hour early every day. The security guards are super nice & hard working but ...
    unfortunately they are only 2 guys and they can’t possibly cover 2 buildings with 7 floors all by themselves & the property management is too cheap to invest in cameras for their residents safety . My car got broken into basically a total of one time per month starting October for a total of 4 times. My window was smashed. The parts in the car were stolen. The doors never work in the building on the third floor you have to use the fob like 8 - 30 times before it actually opens. The gate broke before and it took them 1 month to fix it and left the gate wide open with NO security to watch it for the whole month.

  • Run Away!!

    The worst place I've ever lived. Most of your packages won't get delivered and management doesn't not care. The office staff consists of a bunch of mean girls. They are constantly quitting and be replaced by clueless newbies. The amenities look nice, but good luck actually getting to USE them. Oh and homeless people are constantly sneaking in and camping out in the 7th floor lobby, stealing coffee, setting the lobby ON FIRE, and pulling the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Luxury living, ...
