February 16, 2025The trash still doesn't get picked up and we have to pay for this monthly service. Management has been claiming for months that it is being worked on, but it's not. I do not recommend living here at all. There are so many other apartments near by that are significantly better.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2025It has been nice... little to no complaints. Parking and keeping the rent feasible. The halls need to be cleaned, from just build up on the walls and the concrete from Valet and trash.Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2025It's been a great experience so far living here at Emblem Riverside. The staff is helpful and accomodating, but the valet trash does not come on time and often times skips pick ups.Property Manager Responded
