December 28, 2024My experience living at Emblem Riverside has been a mix of positives and a few challenges. The property itself is beautiful, with clean, well-maintained grounds and modern amenities. The fitness center and pool are standout features, and I’ve really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere here—it’s a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are generally handled quickly, which I appreciate. The location is also convenient, with ...easy access to major highways, making my commute manageable. That said, I do feel that for the price, there could be a few more perks or community events to foster a stronger sense of connection among residents. The customer service here is exceptional, and the tenant experience is truly top-notch. The new property manager has been a game-changer—she’s knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly diligent. It’s clear that she cares about the residents and work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. The community itself also gives a strong sense of safety, which is so important when choosing a place to ...live. I’ve felt comfortable and at ease from day one. November 29, 2024I love residing at Emblem RIverside. The staff is so nice and helpful. If any maintenance requests are needed I love the ability to place request at any time.
