Inefficient Management Company
March 24, 2019Maintenance is sparingly sent out to do a not so great job of fixing issues. We've spent the last week in a hotel due to flooding that occurred in our basement 2 bedroom unit which left only the living room as a livable space. The management company has yet to send someone out to lay the carpet back down and the kitchen has not been evaluated or worked on at all. When attempting to contact the management company we haven't gotten a response about our concerns other than they'll be calling us ...back, which hasn't happened in the almost two weeks we've been attempting to get answers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
