They quickly returned that evening and fixed a loose connection on the washer that was causing a leak. The maintenance team here has always been excellent. The office staff is also easy to talk with. May 2, 2023I thought it was fantastic when Emerson Apartments asked me if I wanted my carpets steam cleaned if I signed my lease again. Many complexes wouldn't do this service so I was very pleased. We are located in the center of all the action here, great restaurants, markets, shopping, and close to the freeway making it easy to get to many places in the area and fast.
