September 4, 2024The whole apartment is muddy, dirts and puddles everywhere. They take care of the area surrounding the main office but ignore everything else. Expect to see 3-4 Cops cars parked outside everyday because dodgy activities from dodgy people goes on in here. Well those are just outside, your room inside will be lot worst, plenty of damaged drawers and cabinets, hundreds of roaches and bugs living with you and regular plumbing leaks that might flood into your room. If you think of going to managers in ...the office asking for help, they will just tell you it's not their fault or they can do nothing about it. ROACHES EVERYWHERE
March 26, 2024If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have chose that. If you read no other review, please read this one. The apartment is infested with roaches, the communication is awful because they never answer their phones, the maintenance crew did not care at all, and we were told it was ready to move in and given the keys without anyone from the management team checking the apartment themselves. Just to walk in with dishes still in the dishwasher, trash on the back porch, broken window, roaches ...everywhere, and it was obvious the quality of repairs and maintenance was below average to say the least. Poor Property
May 18, 2022I was living in this housing complex for 4 years because they were the "cheapest" in this area and it was close to practically everything, but unfortunately I do not recommend them because they care that the surroundings are clean but the maintenance to the apartments is zero because they take too long to do it, or they repair it with old things that break again or they never repair it. On the other hand in the renovations that were 3, never in spite of my request they never painted the apartment ...and they never sent me the personnel to clean the carpet. Don't complain about the neighbors you will be ignored. If you don't ask them to come and fumigate your apartment you don't get the service even though you pay it monthly on your bill and there are apartments with insects. Also they have no consideration for the residents as I am currently in the process of moving out, I have 6 days left to finish my contract and finish emptying it, they didn't wait for me to move out to do remodeling. So Much better, the new team is fantastic
January 10, 2022My roommate and I have lived here for over 3 years now and were def. looking for new, BUT with the new ownership and management change, we just renewed for a year. Jennifer and Shanice in the office took such great care of us working thru TRR and finding our money from the prior ownership, and making us feel important and taken care of for sure. They go well above and beyond every time. The maint has improved for sure as well. Very responsive and done almost same day every time, and they call ...after to make sure it was all done correctly! September 27, 2021We got new management early this year and nothing's changed. They are more focused on getting the Apts to look picture perfect on the outside and aren't fixing things on the inside. They do not care if you complain about other tenants. People flat out breaking lease rules and they do absolutely nothing about it. Dont WASTE your money
October 20, 2020The only good thing I can say is the district for the schools are amazing. But these apartments are by far the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Always read the reviews and check the ratings. I rushed into getting the apartment without checking the reviews. Now I'm stuck here till my lease is up. I have a long list on why not to live here. Look nothing like pics
August 15, 2018I lived here for 5 years. The apartments look nothing like pictured above. They are cheap, falling apart, splintering cabinets. Many of the apartments have water damage. They rarely ever fix anythingthat breaks. Many stray and very aggressive cats on the property. If you have issues with a neighbor they do no look out for you at all. I had a meth head attempt to kick in my door and their only resolve was to attempt to evict my family and I until I had a police officer defend my family and remind ...the manage of the Safe housing Act in Haltom. My car was broken into twice, car towed when I was in the proper spot 5 times, nearly had my door kicked down and a peeping tom tried to come in my bedroom window a month after signing my lease. This place is awful, they truly do not care about their tenants in any capacity. Meth heads and crack whores from the apartments next door are always in the parking lots looking for cars to break into or things to steal off the porches. RUDE STAFF
July 25, 2018I went today (in case you staff girls are reading this) and I was carrying my baby girl. No one greeted me with a smile and no one told me to take a seat. The girl I first spoke to directed me to another girl at an office who was taking-what seemed like- a personal call and I just stood there thinking she’d wave me over or ask me to sit down and wait a sec. She did nothing but look at me, turn around keep laughing and talking on the phone. So I walked out. BEWARE!!! MONEY HUNGRY
August 21, 2017I have rent for 7 yrs and 2 yrs at fairway. Never in my life have I regretting renting!! They are rude and disrespectful once you live here. They don't care about anybody that lives here. Do not hesitate on asking anyone in the apartments how awful the office staff treats you. If you have a maintenance issue. Fix it yourself , there is no point calling the staff just so they can blow you off. Plus the water is always cut off like if people do not need to shower or using the restroom. Seriously!? ...Its outrageous!! IF you walk around the complex, you will see how many empty complex there are because this places sucks! Dont get me started on the towing!! August 5, 2015Well, the positives include a nice quiet complex and great property management. However, they could do a better job with pest control.
