Great Apartments With Great Amenities
June 8, 2022Emory Lakes is a great property with great amenities. There is a 24/7 gym, wifi lounge, dog park, walking/jogging trails, etc. The property is located in a quieter side of Topeka with not a lot of excess traffic. The move-in process was very easy and organized. The office staff made the whole process very easy. Moving can be hectic, but both the office staff and maintenance team ensured that our apartment was ready for move-in. Emory Lakes puts on resident events, which are a great way to meet ...your neighbors. Overall, we greatly enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

We Love Living At Emory Lakes!!
June 8, 2022Emory Lakes has been AMAZING!! We moved here fairly suddenly and Keli in the leasing office made our move so easy and smooth. She is very responsive and definitely goes the extra mile to help the residents. The maintenance staff is also always willing to help and answer any questions we may have. Upon putting in a service request, they were there the same day. The property itself is beautiful and clean. There is a dog park for our dog to play in and some walking trails on property as well. Emory Lakes - Great Move-In Process
May 16, 2022We all know when looking for apartments online that pictures can be deceiving or can present a better concept than it actually is. But NOT IN THIS CASE. I moved from Florida and did not get the chance to actually see the apartment in person before moving in, but the staff was great at providing on-time information and materials like walk-thru videos that showed exactly what to expect. Fake luxury
April 6, 2022Live here currently. This is very expensive apartment and claims it’s luxury. The appliances and fixtures are as cheap as they come. The property manager is completely fake and pretends to be super accommodating in the beginning. We have had a broken screen door since the beginning they came and “fixed” it but it was glorified ducktape and jesus fix job. When we called about it snapping she said we were responsible for the cheap door breaking. She said it’s a consistent issue amongst residents ...not closing their doors but fails to see that if everyone is struggling with the doors then maybe it’s the cheap doors. I have no problem paying for the door but this is just a small example of how petty this place is. My family and I are good tenants who pay on time or early. Clean up our messes and get along with our neighbors. We will move when our lease comes up because I’ve had better landlords and property managers for half the price of this apartment complex. Many tenants share the same concerns and are just waiting for the lease date to be up.Property Manager Responded

Regarding your screen door, we have one work order on file from November that was addressed and hadn’t heard from you again until yesterday. Yesterday you notified us that your door hadn’t been latching for some time and caught the wind, causing damage that didn’t allow your door to close at all. Maintenance was there within minutes to remove the broken door and it will be replaced as soon as possible. We don’t have any work orders regarding your appliances or fixtures. If you have a service request, please submit via the resident portal so we can address it. Our team takes great pride in their work and are quick to respond to all resident requests, but we can’t properly address a new or continuing issue if it isn’t brought to our attention in a timely manner. Friendly Staff, Luxurious Living
June 9, 2020Had the opportunity to look at many properties in the area, and Emory Lakes blew us away in what it offered throughout the community. The office and leasing staff was excellent and a pleasure to work with throughout our search. Never pushy and always catering to our needs! The apartment is very modern, I believe they are remodeling, with stainless steel kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer and clear attention to detail on the finishes. The property is being painted right now and the outdoor ...seating and barbecue stations by the lake will be fun this summer! Nice Apartments, Bad Staff/Management
July 27, 2019I’ve lived here for roughly 3 years and they were mostly great! It’s a decent place to live if you like a staff that does literally everything last minute/without notice and who then get mad at you for not doing said last minute things. Parking is ok if you opt to reserve your own spots, otherwise nobody parks in the visitors lots so some days you might be walking a bit farther than normal.
