August 26, 2024I would not recommend living at Encanto at Mesa Del Sol. Upon moving in, I did not have hot water due to cut electrical inside the walls from during construction that clearly got overlooked during inspection. Leasing was slow to respond to questions or concerns about the lease after taking deposit, application, and admin fees (and overcharging). This is concerning to me and I hope the rest of the property is safe. I was not informed while moving in that the amenities were not fully finished. ...Parking is difficult for bigger vehicles due to the carport spaces being so narrow and the posts being in the way. The Mountain View I have is nothing short of amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional people.
