December 5, 2024New apartments, easy parking, speed in meeting requests via portal. The courtesy of the Office girls is a plus. They are super kind and always help me with any question, especially because of the language barrier. The girl dusts. It's especially very pleasant. March 28, 2024Encore Metro at Millenia is a beautiful complex that feels new and modern, with an amazing management team and maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the area that this complex is located in has an extremely high crime rate, and overall feels unsafe and unwelcoming. The company that owns this complex has taken steps towards keeping the complex safe, however it has not made us feel any better with the amount of crime that goes on around this area. It is a great apartment complex with a wonderful staff ...that unfortunately was located in a terrible area.Property Manager Responded

I feel safe, clean environment, the maintenance service providers are kind, the girls in the office are extremely polite and are wielded and help you in what you need and this is a very important point, kindness. Avoid this complex!!
November 5, 2023This place is absolutely horrible! Gate never works so you will never feel safe! Horrible location and the only good thing about them is their two maintenance men! The office staff do not care about anything. Safe yourself from getting stuck in a lease and go anywhere else.Property Manager Responded
