December 28, 2021RENTERS BEWARE!! This place is absolutely awful!! The management team is the poorest I’ve ever come into contact with. They will shut off your water with out telling you. They will enter your apartment unannounced and leave a mess. Don’t even bother asking maintenance to do anything because it won’t get fixed. The on-site laundry does not work and probably never had. The pool is disgusting year round. The apartments are filled with roaches and mold. Oh and they will tow your car illegally and ...won’t pay for the tow fee!! The office is supposed to be open til 5:30 M-S, however they stopped being open on Saturday without notification nor do they even stay til 5:30. This should be a last choice for anyone. Terrible
May 25, 2021I have had a letter sent to my apartment and the ones surrounding me about being “rude to maintenance” and that’s not even the worst to come to this review, I have put MULTIPLE orders in with issues and it’s like pulling teeth to get these people to fix anything. Now here we are a WEEK later of a order I’ve called and submitted request of a leak in the ceiling due to all the rain we’ve had and they came this morning stating they would “glue” it to fix it. Mind you this is there “upgraded” unit. I ...want to move out and just accept the eviction at this point Management is the absolute most unprofessional people I’ve encountered as I am a manager of a million dollar store I know the way customers complain sometimes is ridiculous BUT this apartment complex has the worst at everything coming to living here. I will be trying to call corporate here shortly since I’ve had to make a insurance claim on everything ruined due to this leak. Dont move here they are horrible apartments
February 26, 2021Horrible apartments i dont even know where to start. First of all, management is absolutely horrible, every year it gets worst and worst and the new management they have for right now is at its worst. Apartments are full of roaches no matter what you do you cant get rid of them, if its a new unit or an old unit they are infested, everytime you get a new apartment they are super dirty and they have mold everywhere, when you put in a request or need something fixed they dont even answer the phone ...or if you leave a maintenance request they dont come, they want to charge you for every little thing and as time goes buy they charge you more and more, the laundry matt has 2 working units and you cant ever really use them, there pool is absolutely disgusting all year, they cut your water all the time at least once a week you dont have hot water or dont have hot water at all and they dont even let you know at one point they left people without hot water for a week, the apartments from the outside are absolutely dirty its like you live in the hood and im sure they are cleaner in the hood, their is dog poop everywhere, water everywhere, trash everywhere, tbh i could keep going all i can say is these apartments are the worstRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Terrible place to live
May 27, 2017These apartments are terrible. They are over priced, not very nice, roach infested and never have enough parking. They have changed their visitor parking system mulitiple times in the last few months without effective communication, and are unwilling to help. I have had 7 different occasions of people getting their cars towed here and despite being a great resident who has always paid rent and bills on time they were not willing to work with me. I am convinced that thy have a deal with the towing ...company to help them both make money off of their flawed parking system. Do not move here, you will eventually have friends, family and loved ones get towed and they will not care......Property Manager Responded

The reason you saw an increase in rent and amenity costs are due to the increase in the markets for the region in addition to the increased costs of running the property; however, we see that you are currently locked in well below the market rate. We will do our best to keep rates at a reasonable level on your next renewal. Regarding your mention of roaches, we do not show any records where you have submitted a pest control request, but we will make sure you are on the next rotation so that you can continue living in a pest free environment. In reference to parking, there have been multiple notices sent out regarding the parking arrangements and proper visitor locations. If visitors choose not obtain a visitor pass, or if they park in a residents parking area, then they are subject to the towing policy. Visitor parking, thin walls which means You can hear your neighbors pee when your in the restroom. I can hear the baby cry under me.
April 12, 2017Be prepared to never have guests over without the fear of their cars being towed. We are now allowed to have only 1 guest for 2 days and then you cant have anyone sign into it for 3 more days. So I can only have one person come over to my new "HOME" every 5 days. So we are forced to pick people up from Walmart. This is the 3rd time they have changed parking since they realized 2 months ago the few visitor parking spots were always taken by the same people. I'm ready to move already. There are ...plenty other apartments with adequate parking. I haven't had any bug problems and that's why I gave this place 2 stars and for the fact that management has been pretty respectful. But the walls are thin and don't drown out any sound from the neighbors outside or inside. 4 months here and I'm ready to leave. But sadly a lease is a lease. Maybe management will figure out how to fix this unfixable problem. But so far I've just been told that we don't have enough parking spots for everyone's guests. August 11, 2016As nice as I know how to say I recommend under no circumstance do you sign a lease to stay there. The office staff acts nice and concerned upon visiting, as soon as the lease is signed they really no longer care for you. Roaches galore literally. Roaches are everywhere literally bathroom, halls, living room, bedrooms, kitchens, laundry closet. And there were lizards in the apt.l. I'm sure the buildings are infested, that's why the problem is never solved. The apt sprayed, we personally put gel, ...boric acid, and home remedies. The roaches never stopped. Pretty much no parking, neigbors are outside loud all times of the night (partying). August 5, 2016These apartments are horrible. The is no parking for tenants after about 9pm. They are roach infested and hold odors. They do cheap matenience and my bath tub chipped so bad and they lie and try to cheat their residents. The manager Alice has HORRIBLE customer service. If you pay the price for these apartments, you are definitely paying for the area. If you happen to go to the apartments to view them, ask a few tenants how they truly feel. Upon leaving, I had to take a video and pictures of our ...apartment just in case they tried to lie about the condition of we left it. As we figured, there was some lies and senseless charges leaving us with no money from our deposit. No problem, except the problems they billed me for were the same ones that were there when we moved in. We did not sign the inventory form because no one ever came to do a walk through with us on move in day or move out day. Sucks to be in a bind and need a place immediately. Horrendous parking situation
June 28, 2016I'm a resident at this place currently. Apartments interior is what you pay for. But if you are thinking about signing a lease at this place, think about it. There are better apartments with just a little more money that 'guarantees ' a parking spot. I have been a resident here for 2 months now. I have 1br apartment and I live by myself so I have one car but I have my friend staying with me for last 5 days since she is on vacation. She is suppose to park in visitor parking. Which they barely ...have 25 spots for visitors when they have more than 200 units apartments. That's absurd. 2 days ago my friends car was towed even though we left a note that visitors parking is full so we parked in the spot which was no where near my apartment. As of today I have been waiting for a parking spot in visitors section for my friend since 9.30 pm and now it's 11.23 pm. No parking spot has opened. Am I suppose to wait all night? Staff doesn't take any responsibility when it comes to parking. The manager told me when I talked to her about the situation.. She said" you are gonna have to put your friend on the lease in order for us to let her park in the lot." Which sounds ridiculous to me cuz my friend doesn't even live me. So what I'm trying to say is when you have visitors, you will be up all night waiting for a parking spot. And trust me this Has been like this for past 5 days since my friend has been here. And besides even if you have just one car, once in a blue moon you will find a spot in front of your building. If you get off from work after 7 pm.. Good luck finding a spot. And when it comes to talking to the staff, you are not gonna get anywhere.
