Small property, barely managed, rent if you must-- but don't stay long
December 2, 2023High rent increases ($150+ per year...even did 6-month lease renewals to justify 2 rent hikes in a year during COVID), removed on-site laundry room (the ONLY amenity), maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, just doesn't quite feel cleanReview from Apartments.com

September 16, 2015North shore gardens apts are by far the best! It's like a nice peaceful community here. It's location is so convienent and the staff here are phenomenal. Getting moved in and everything set up was a breeze and the apts here are beautiful. I am beyond satisfied with where I live. They have amazing specials and there is not a thing I would change!
