Poor management and neglected property
November 18, 2021many many reviews detailing degrading neighborhood, sketchy activities including shootings and ODs which im sure aren’t everyday. More importantly and what will be every day is BEDBUGS, something that should be invested to exterminate appears to not be a priority. looks like the cheaper rent warrants these activities. home seekers beware.Review from Apartments.com
Bed bugs galore!!
August 10, 2021We had so many issues with English village. The first night someone shot up someone’s car. Within the first 3 months we saw 2 people overdose and be brought back to life in front of the building. And yes…BEDBUGS. They were everywhere. When we contacted Jodi about them they did nothing. Eventually causing us to break our lease. With that and the mold. It wasn’t safe.Property Manager Responded

My not so great experience
February 28, 2021I had issues right when I moved in. One of my stove tops weren’t working, a light in my kitchen went out and one of the doors on my closet fell off all within the first week. I also had other maintenance issues like a backed up toilet that they were speedy to come fix, but when it came to my smoke detector chirping on and off it took them a whole week to get that and another one in the building fixed that had been going off for at least a month. Another time they were fixing the washer or dryer ...in my building and failed to tell residents. The pictures are very deceiving so make sure you tour before you move and sign a lease, I couldn’t because of COVID, my biggest regret was not getting to tour until the day before I moved. Everything is also outdated unless you got an upgraded apartment. I also had issues with the building I was in because of neighbors. There was people always slamming any and all doors, kids or even adults randomly screaming and dogs barking. Walls are also kind of thin and you can hear someone’s TV or some people’s conversations. Parking is not the greatest since my building has three other buildings to share parking with and half of those spots are visitor. Overall, don’t move here unless you’re in a pinch and on a budget.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
My not so good experience...
April 9, 2018Another tenant had bed bugs and never told the other residents. Maintenance steals from residents. Leasing consultants add random amounts onto your account without explanation. Maintenance is little to none.Review from Apartments.com

November 25, 2015Me and my Boyfriend are 1st time renters, and this place is a great place to start out with :} . Nice staff very friendly. Apartments are nice and come with appliances. 2 bedroom apartment
August 13, 2015I was referred to these apartments by a friend, it took less than a week to be approved and I got to move in almost right away. There was brand new carpet and painted walls, extremely clean. Polite neighbors and great parking. Very friendly and caring office staff.Review from Apartments.com
