Forget about it, you are better off fixing the issue yourself or pay a third-party professional if you cannot. As for them, they wont show up 'til maybe TUE or WED if you are lucky. We have been there for 3 years, and we are fed up, I am hoping it helps you make a better decision I did 3 years back. This is is my honest opinion of the place; we are finally going to grab our stuffs and get the heck out of there. If you have what it takes to deal with bogus Management and Maintenance crew, then I believe it should work for you. If you have great tolerance for imbecility and incompetency, then I believe you will be just fine for a few years. If not, then run away as fast as you can from this place.

recently I received a 3 day notice from them saying that I did not pay May's rent. After checking my bank statements and it showing that I did in fact pay May's rent and it was posted since 04/14, I had to email them a copy of my statement as proof that I did pay rent but til this day I have yet to receive a notice or any documentation of the mistake they made or even an apology for their negligence. I originally gave them a written notice that I will like to renew my lease but soon retracted that statement and told them to kick rocks for trying me like that. I have never received a 3 day notice that I will be evicted by any other apartments before and the reason that I pay a month in advance to avoid situations like this but even that didn't work. So if you want lease here be my guest, but as for me I'm out!!!
