November 7, 2024Everything about this complex is great, I love how quiet and peaceful it is, and my apartment is so perfect and cozy for me. The leasing staff, specifically Michael, were also the biggest reason I chose this apartment in the end - he was so kind and helpful! November 24, 2024We recently moved here and it has been such a great experience compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in around the valley. The whole team from leasing to maintenance is friendly and attentive. The property and the units are beautiful, new, and put together well. The amenities are great including the 24 hour fitness center. Although parking can be strange at first, we have come to like the process in place. Please do not read too much into the negative reviews regarding parking, you ...are able to park anywhere uncovered or can rent out either a covered space (this can be done on your own via an app) or garage. We are glad we moved here as it does not compare to many of the other apartment complexes in the valley.Property Manager Responded

November 5, 2024It's very a very nice place and community to live in. The only issue is parking. I had my car towed twice and I had it parked under the car port for which i pay forProperty Manager Responded

The luxury apartment exceeded my expectations, making it difficult to believe I was in an apartment complex. Daisy, my leasing consultant, showcased exceptional expertise and professionalism, making the application process remarkably smooth and efficient. Her dedication to her work was evident throughout. The community's prime location, surrounded by shopping centers and close to P83, ...combined with its quiet and friendly neighborhood, makes it an ideal residence. I look forward to exploring all that Escape at Arrowhead has to offer. I appreciate the leasing office team's efforts in making my move effortless.
