After looking at many apartment complexes, I chose the Escape ones. I have zero regrets. It’s an amazing place to live. Excellent living conditions, office and maintenance staff. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for apartment living.

“I absolutely love living at Escape Apartments! My apartment is stunning, with high ceilings and a modern design. I absolutely love living here, great area with amenities. It is very upkept, staff and maintenance are very nice as well. A lot of reviews complain about parking/towing but since living here ive never had any issues.

Amazing!! I moved here from colorado and I am loving the weather. Also I am a big fan of the valet trash pick up. Not having a dumpster to take my trash makes things easier.

Everything about this complex is great, I love how quiet and peaceful it is, and my apartment is so perfect and cozy for me. The leasing staff, specifically Michael, were also the biggest reason I chose this apartment in the end - he was so kind and helpful! I really appreciate him so much for making the process to move in so smooth and efficient, and I could not express more how grateful I am that this location had availability. It’s gorgeous and I love it here!

Cars or bikes ride back behind the dirt area at night but other than that a clean beautiful place to live. Staff is always nice and helpful. Even the maintenance guys greet you on the carts.

We recently moved here and it has been such a great experience compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in around the valley. The whole team from leasing to maintenance is friendly and attentive. The property and the units are beautiful, new, and put together well. The amenities are great including the 24 hour fitness center. Although parking can be strange at first, we have come to like the process in place. Please do not read too much into the negative reviews regarding parking, you ...
are able to park anywhere uncovered or can rent out either a covered space (this can be done on your own via an app) or garage. We are glad we moved here as it does not compare to many of the other apartment complexes in the valley.
