January 24, 2025Honestly would not recommend any one to live here due to management not knowing about any situations going on in complex. Complex appliances not being fixed when transferring from one apartment to another. December 3, 2024There’s been a constant of issues while staying at Escena from incorrect rent amount (resulting in delayed payment), untimely maintenance requests, issues with people dogs, and broken mailboxes to name a few. The resolution time is horrible and has made living at Escena unbearable and wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent here. Once my lease is up I do plan on locating to another property.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful
