December 3, 2024There’s been a constant of issues while staying at Escena from incorrect rent amount (resulting in delayed payment), untimely maintenance requests, issues with people dogs, and broken mailboxes to name a few. The resolution time is horrible and has made living at Escena unbearable and wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent here. Once my lease is up I do plan on locating to another property.Property Manager Responded
