February 12, 2025I have been living at Bellwood estates for 4 yrs. We have gone through a change in management during this time. I love the community. It’s convenient and the maintenance staff is great I think these apartments could b updated better and the lawn care isn’t very good. I live in the back of the complex and they never seem to get back here for leaf cleanup Otherwise. Pretty goodProperty Manager Responded

February 9, 2025I am giving it 4 stars at this time because I feel like the quality of residents moving in need to be improved. People that consistently dump everything at the dumpster and don't actually throw it in. People allowing their kids to leave their junk where ever they feel like it and running around screaming in front of other people's windows. Just a couple of years ago it was so much more peaceful and I am afraid that is gone forever.Property Manager Responded

January 5, 2025Why do I have to spray for bugs when it's in contract they spray. Also if the lawn company only has a certain amount of time stop spending it in front of the place. The place I stay in does not get leaves raked up especially in the back where all the big trees are. The trees in front stain the car when it blooms. No communication ever.Property Manager Responded
