February 12, 2025I have been living at Bellwood estates for 4 yrs. We have gone through a change in management during this time. I love the community. It’s convenient and the maintenance staff is great I think these apartments could b updated better and the lawn care isn’t very good. February 9, 2025I am giving it 4 stars at this time because I feel like the quality of residents moving in need to be improved. People that consistently dump everything at the dumpster and don't actually throw it in. People allowing their kids to leave their junk where ever they feel like it and running around screaming in front of other people's windows.
