Do Not MOVE Here!
November 6, 2024If I could leave zero stars I would. CAUTION, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived here for years. It takes forever to get maintenance to come out, I have a neighbor that plays loud music all day and night. I've gone to the office too many timess to count and nothing has been done. I'm told a warning has been sent out, well evidently that doesn't work because he hasn't stopped. I have called the cops and they don't even show up. It is currently 11 pm, Nov 5th, and the music has been going since this ...morning. I went in the office today to hear the same tired excuse, "we'll send a warning." The laundry area is raggedy, there are so many apartments with broken windows and covered with plywood, I'm embarrassed to invite guests over. Not to mention my ceiling has been leaking and is now discolored and cracked. I wish I could upload pictures just to show how awful things are here!Property Manager Responded

Regret moving here
September 24, 2024I really like the quiet neighborhood, yet damaged mailboxes, a damaged gate and laundry machines not working in over a year will not keep a tenant. The office does not care about the morale of the communityProperty Manager Responded

Regret moving here
September 19, 2024I really like that this apartment community is walking distance to Westheimer such as HEB, Target and Walmart. I like the spacious apartment and that the community is quiet. Three things that I do not like as it has been well over a year all laundry machines were working; the laundry machines are vintage. Secondly, the mailboxes has been damaged and there literally is no plans to renovate all the mailboxes. If you inquire about the mailboxes, they respond like that are do not want you to bring ...that to their attention with a nonchalant response, "we are working on that". Last, the management company has no desire to get a new entrance /exit gate with a working machine for a gate code. Mailboxes and the gate also has been damaged for over a year.Property Manager Responded

No frills but a convenient location
August 22, 2015Ok let me start with the good first. It is pretty quiet here for the most part. Sure you'll hear kids playing outside sometimes but I mean noise such as people arguing outside or loud music is not a normal occurrence here. These apartments are the closest on Hayes to the 82 Westheimer bus. The other apartments you have to walk down further to catch it. The 2 Bellaire, 25 Richmond and 161 Wilcrest buses are within walking distance as well but just further away. The staff in the office have always ...been nice. And there are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Now with the bad, these apartments are older and stuff breaks down. Maintenance can be slow at times with repairs. Some of the ac units are old and keep breaking down. And roaches can get bad. They do spray for roaches so not sure if they are coming from one of my neighbors.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
