March 8, 2024I’ve lived at Esteban Park for about a month now and I love it here. The apartment is very spacious and feels like a small home rather than an apartment. The grounds are very well kept and are near shopping centers and a beautiful park is right next door. Don’t recommend
October 8, 2023No parking, lots of theft with the cars in the parking lot even though it’s a gated community (car has been broken into twice and my tire has been stolen). Not quiet, constantly here noise from the park next door and the homes in the surrounding areas. Smoke alarms go off all the time randomly throughout the night. Far distance from everything besides the airport. I do love my apartment itself though, nice, spacious, and clean.. but unfortunately that isn’t enough to make me stay.
