Awful place to live
June 2, 2019Those other reviews are fake. It's an awful place to live. Trains blowing their horns and squealing their brakes all night long. The management is so awful it's almost nonexistent. There's frequently barf in the elevators and kids run up and down the hallways all day and night and it sounds like a herd of rhinos.Review from Apartments.com
One Bedroom Apt is Tiny
September 1, 2017My one bedroom should be listed as a studio. The two bedrooms are better but the second bedroom is closet-sized. New managers (as of July) I am not impressed with as when you go into office, you're not greeted -- they just sit there and don't respond when you state your business! The good? Nice location and neighbors. Janitor staff is good. The bad? Elevators are filthy even though they are cleaned weekly. No amenities except small lending library. Parking is also a major problem.Review from Apartments.com

I love living here and although the complex could use a few more amenities, there is a reason why I came back here. Esther Short Commons Review
August 19, 2015I really enjoy living at my building, and have lived there for about 5 or 6 years now. I have a lovely view overlooking the most popular community park, and a great balcony to enjoy the outdoors during nicer weather. I do wish that the building didn't have such a high turnover of staff. For years, it was well maintained and always clean, but now the new management doesn't seem to be as meticulous about cleanliness. I also wish that you could receive tenant improvements just like any other new ...tenant that moves in. I still have old flooring and counter tops and have lived here for quite some time, while a brand new tenant is receiving upgrades and improvements and we're still paying the same price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
