Our 8-unit family townhome building features 3 bedroom townhomes with 2 full baths, a private porch or patio and in-unit washer/dryer. Currently, we do not have any townhomes available. All units have a full appliance package including dishwasher and microwave, garages available to lease, wired internet, security cameras, professional management, and much more. Please let us know how we can make Eva Manor your new home today. Note: For 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, all members must be 55 and up.
