May 5, 2022The worth place I have lived ever, hundreds of roaches, and administration doesn’t care about anything. Also they charge for utilities too high, don’t trust if they will give you low estimate for utilities cost. Can’t wait to leave this place.Property Manager Responded

Bad apartment
February 25, 2021I lived there in apartment 310 since October 2020 ever since I moved there I started seeing a bunch of roaches which I didn’t like because they would be all over my kitchen while I would be cooking and also when the bad weather came one of the plumbing’s broke and they had to change my carpet and they didn’t do it the right way I don’t understand why they didn’t do it correctly if it’s there job I left the apartment because I was staying in the living room with all my things because I wasn’t ...going to be staying in an apartment where things aren’t made correctly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Roaches!!!
August 20, 2018I have a friend that lives here and this place is roach infested, clearly new management didn’t change anything. I would NOT recxomend this place to anyone! You can find something maybe slightly more expensive with no pests. RUN!!!Property Manager Responded

Roaches half done upgrades
August 20, 2018These apartments are overpriced infested with roaches. The staff is nice, but that doesn't make the roaches go away, no matter how much they spray, it's so disgusting. The "upgrades" are a few new appliances, they paint over the dust, we even had roaches dried in our paint! No washing area on site. The hit water goes off occasionally. Only 1 dumpster for the entire site. Terrible parking.. just dont move here unless you like waisting money and living with roaches.Property Manager Responded
August 30, 2018Our company has made a lot of improvements as new management and we hope you will stay to see the outcome. We have a great pest control company that comes out weekly. If a resident reports an issue, our pest control company will not stop treating until the issue is resolved. Our laundry room is almost complete and ready for use! Adding extra dumpsters are our community is a topic we have been discussing. Again, we hope you will stay around to see the finished product. Thank you.

Ehhh
March 4, 2018You can tell they had roaches. All they did was put in new appliances 2-3 years ago and repaint. Just moved in and all they cabinets are water damaged and so covered in paint the paint hasn't dried and gunky. The walls and baseboards are dirty. The hot and cold handles are flopped. Worst place ever
February 25, 2018Worst place to live I have had the worst experience ever there is human waste all over parking lot I called the front office to complain on 2/24/2018 lady name Maria was rude didn’t even let me talk or explain I think she is very rude and needs to be educated on customer services I will be looking for a place to live I don’t think I will be recommending the complex to family and friends I’m very upsetProperty Manager Responded

Very terrible

Horrible
January 24, 2018Ugly place to live in, maintenance take their time to come in and fix anything. Manager staff are not friendly at all, not a family environment whatsoever, too many men drinking outside especially in the weekends. These apartments are roach infested. horrible place ever
June 30, 2016this place is the most horrible place ever. nothing ever works properly, and they would charge you for everithing even if you want them to check something (like the sink) they would said is your fault you pay it. if i could i would never have come here. everything breaks and falls apart. and is infested with bed bugs. March 19, 2016These apartments are disgusting and should not be on a reputable site like this. They are next to the Windsor Place Townhomes. The parking lot is overflowed and they park along the streets. There's trash piles in the parking lot. People lurking around into the Townhomes next door.Review from Apartments.com
