We offer large two-bedroom Manitowoc apartments (1300 sq. ft) as well as a spacious three-bedroom apartments (1425 sq. ft). Manitowoc Wisconsin is a small city (34,000 population) located in Manitowoc County (85,000 population). Overpriced and poorly managed!
May 31, 2024New ownership, located in Florida implemented a 45% rent increase. Property manager is located 100 miles away from the property. Very poorly run business. They don't answer phones or return phone calls. Not the great place it once was!Review from Apartments.com
Best place to live!!!
February 24, 2020Very well kept property, inside and out. Great property managers. Quiet country atmosphere. Right on the edge of town. Spacious units. Prompt snow removal, literally right up to the front door and up to three attached garage door. We love the functionality of our home, that feels like a house. Great closet shace, fireplace, attached garage, central air and way more. I'm the envy of all my home owner friends.Review from Apartments.com
