October 1, 2024My experience with Everly has been really great so far! The neighbors and community members are super friendly, and their dogs are always well-behaved and easy to approach. The grounds are well-maintained and change beautifully with the seasons. The interiors are cozy, spacious, and kept clean. Maintenance is usually on top of things, though the elevators can be a bit unpredictable and go down occasionally.Property Manager Responded

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, the residents are nice, the amenities are amazing, beautiful pool, new grills, a fire pit, gorgeous gym with lots of equipment. Great start but a bad ending
August 3, 2024Great start but a bad ending. I lived here for about 11 months. Building maintenance is fantastic (Sid). Awesome neighbors and friends I made in the building. After about 8 months, my key fob (along with others in the building) stopped working. I could not access any amenities for almost 6 weeks(pool, gym, package room, lounge, most exterior doors). For weeks I was told a new key was coming but that didn’t happen. Because of this, I chose to leave and I worked with the regional management team ...on a peaceful departure. Unfortunately, they decided to breach the lease contract and put me on a month to month rental which doubled my rent cost for my final month (without any written consent). I have an email stating that I would simply pay my last months rent based on the renewed lease terms. I would not recommend leasing here. Also, nobody here picks up their dog poop. This was a very fast paced move and they were great at working on my timeline. They exhibited great communication and transparency on the details. April 5, 2024Everly Apartments has been my home for five years, and it's been fantastic. The parking garage, with optional reserved spots, makes parking easy. The user-friendly mobile app minimizes the need for office staff, who are always friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to the remodeling of the club room, pool, and gym. The sense of community here is wonderful, and the dog treats in the lobby are a great touch.
