November 1, 2024Great place live, nice staff, I'm very happy at Everson! The whole apartment and my bedroom were freshly renovated when I moved in. Nice and fresh smell of a new carpet. If my job goes OK, I will definitely renew the lease for the next year. I would recommend this place for living to all friends of mine. Glad to be here and stay at Everson!Property Manager Responded

November 15, 2024No apartment complex is perfect, but the Everson does a good job at providing good living spaces relative to the price. My roomates are great and my living space is clean. My only concern is the Wi-Fi. It cuts out occasionally, but other than that, no complaints!Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2024Fun amenities, events, and very quick maintenance make for a pretty great apartment complex. The Everson is within walking distance of a Cat Tran stop, so walking to and from WCU's campus is possible. October 23, 2024I have really enjoyed living at the Everson. At first, it was a rocky start getting my paperwork together. I had to follow up a few times and felt like things weren’t very clear. I also feel that I have occasionally been mistreated or looked down on by previous staff members. Thankfully, under new management and the new team have been very kind, respectful, and helpful. I’m grateful for the changes. My building also is incredibly quiet which I love and maintenance requests are VERY quick to ...respond to and the maintenance team here is very kind, respectful, and, efficient.
