December 24, 2024I really enjoy the community and the area. I have lived here for a little over a year and have come to love it! The staff that works in the office is very friendly and easy going, what to answer questions and help with whatever is needed! December 3, 2024I’ve had a great experience living at The Everson it'swell-maintained, and the management team is responsive and friendly. The amenities, like the gym and lounge, are small but good and really enhance the living experience. My unit is spacious, with great natural light and a great View. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is I would like to see the hallways cleaner. However, it’s a minor issue compared to everything else this place offers. November 1, 2024Great place live, nice staff, I'm very happy at Everson! The whole apartment and my bedroom were freshly renovated when I moved in. Nice and fresh smell of a new carpet. If my job goes OK, I will definitely renew the lease for the next year. I would recommend this place for living to all friends of mine. Glad to be here and stay at Everson!Property Manager Responded
