Next, I discovered a mouse in my unit. So I contacted the office and let them know. They sent someone to my door without telling me someone was coming out, I was not expecting a knock at the door, so I had to get dressed. I got to the door and they were gone after 2-3 knocks. So I called the office and asked if they could come back and was told maintenue was now “busy” when they were in the office talking to them while I was still on the phone. I asked if it takes 2 seconds to put down traps, can they come back and was told no again. Then I was given the option to come to the office and get the traps and put them down myself, I told them im 9 months pregnant and I don’t get paid to put down mice traps, I pay them for that. I was hung up on, so I called back and asked for someone to come back out, they again said no and hung up on me. I had to go in the office to get the issue rectified. Do. Not. Stay. Here. Unless it’s your absolute only option. The apartments look nice but they are infested with roaches, bed bugs and now.. mice. The people in the office are lazy and never want to answer the phone.
