    I just want to warn renters about Fairfield Complexes, these company is meanest property owners on island, I leaved 7 year on their property and now my rent is fifty percent more than I was rented. They don’t do any updates and they don’t care anything goes brake or if your fixtures not working they don’t care sometimes weeks. Please approach with very caution these greedy company.

    This active 55 community has provided my wife and I serenity with a wide array of local conveniences. Since the development holds less than 100 units it bares a quite homely atmosphere with neighbors that respect your privacy, but at the same time are very social. Compared with home ownership, maintenance concerns are no longer an issue. The staff and management provide a safe and well maintained facility while addressing conditions in an efficient manner.     I spent most of my life living in houses. I never thought I'd be happy in a one bedroom apartment. But this place is perfect for me. It's affordable, with nice neighbors, and easy access to all kinds of shopping and eateries. I especially love the huge front window, and my cat loves it, too.
