Good!
May 24, 2020I lived here for a year and this complex is one of the nicer Fairfield locations by far. It is very conveniently located to Sunrise Highway and downtown Sayville, as well as the train station. Overall, the complex was small and quiet and I had no issues with my apartment, as it was updated and clean. The lack of amenities ( No gym, no pool, no washer/dryer in unit but there are adequate facilities on site) and lack of parking at times were the only downsides.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful, Spacious Apartments
