Great apartment, awful management
January 15, 2020The lofts themselves are gorgeous; each room is very spacious with a bathroom and shower in each bedroom. Nice high ceilings give the place a more open feel to them. The buildings themselves are very nice, but that is where it ends. As a tenant here for now what will be two years in August 2020, we are looking forward to leaving. Good luck getting in touch with management. There’s a better chance you can contact the President than getting in contact with the property manager. If there is ever a ...problem with the unit, be prepared to wait some time until it gets fixed. There was a leak in the AC unit in our unit which caused the ceiling below it to cave in as the water kept dripping and eventually caused a massive hole in our ceiling in our kitchen. This hole was there for a good month and a half until it was finally fixed. There is no leasing office on site which makes it very difficult to coordinate problems and concerns. There is only one single maintenance person who is in charge of 18 or so units, and he is only on the property about three days a week. The area is also surrounded by lesser quality homes, and the neighbors who live in these houses reflect that. I have had my car broken into and had several things stolen, while my neighbors had multiple items stolen, from his laptop to his xbox to even his car! I am not joking when I say his car was stolen from his unit. These are just a few of the many, many issues we have had living at the lofts. It is not a shame to see the asking price drop every single year since I have been looking at the Lofts as potential living space. The units themselves are gorgeous inside and the views are awesome, but something billed as a “luxury living” has A LOT to improve before they can say this is luxury. It really seems like the management staff is counting on new tenants coming in each year, rather than helping the current ones who live here. Beware, if living here, as there will be problems that you will encounter and they will probably take quite some time to get fixed.Property Manager Responded
