October 17, 2016If I could upload the photo if the urine on the floor in the stairwell I would. Someone spilled a bunch of bleach or something in the elevator so I was using the stairs so I didn't get overcome by fumes in the slowest elevator on earth. Then I round urine all over the landing in the back stairwell. Disgusting.Review from Apartments.com
Don't do it, unless you want to feel like you live in a mental hospital
September 5, 20161st-there is no AC so I don't know why it says there is. 2- They may assign you a parking space, but they'll post flyers and stick stuff on your door monthly threatening to tow residents if they don't do this or that, but if someone from out of state plates parks in your space they won't tow them. They'll tell you to sit out there and wait for the stranger to leave the clearly marked resident only space. 3- There is a violent psychotic on the 1st floor who screams obscenities daily. They will ...do nothing about it. If you complain to HUD about the negligent infliction of emotional distress the violence causes you, they'll pretend you're smoking in your apartment and evict you to punish you for ratting them out for not doing their job. 4- The windows are SO horribly old that when the wind blows, even when the windows are locked, the blinds flap around as if the window was open. Sucks in the winter. 5- you only get one screen per sliding window, so in the summer bugs get in between the window panes. 6- There is laundry in the basement, but at least once a week the entire basement smells like rotten cheese. But as long as you can hold your breath while you do your laundry you should be ok. Or you can try to figure out the schedule of the rotten cheese and work around it. 7- The management office is almost always closed, and if you call the main office for help they'll just forward you to the voice mail in the closed Feaster office. 8- They ignore phone messages and e-mails when there is a problem. 9- There is usually dog urine and feces in the elevators and basement. There are cameras everywhere and they could figure out who is doing it, but they don't care. 10- The lease they give you was made for a different property, so it's pretty useless. There are pages about lawn toys and pools. This is a highrise so that's not applicable. 11. If you're trying to protect your privacy so you can hide from an abusive ex, they won't care. If you tell them that, they'll go out of their way to make sure you don't have any. Besides the violent paychotic who never even had a background check prior to moving in, all the other tenants are nice. Oh, and whoever applies the rent payments makes you look late because she applies them on the date she gets to them, not the date you paid. Pay at the window and get them to stamp your receipt. They'll still apply your payment incorrectly, but at least you'll be able to prove you paid on time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
