December 28, 2025Great overall experience. Very professional from top to bottom. About a week or so ago we had a terrible snow storm overnight. By the time I pulled out of the garage the parking lot was plowed and the walkways were clear as if nothing happened overnight! October 30, 2025The Felson apartment community is beautiful & well maintained. The staff is friendly & helpful. The heated garage is a luxurious bonus, especially in the winter. I haven’t been in the pool yet, but look forward to it when summer arrives. Having Amazon lockers on site is a very convenient & secure way of receiving packages.
