A Great place to live
July 24, 2024This community is beautiful, well kept and accepting. The office staff was kind. It could not be better located by the Greene and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. Great place to call home
October 9, 2023I love living here, I've been here for several years and the manager is so personal, and Maintenance is great. We do have a lot of fun residence activities that we do. It's nice to get to know your neighbors are grounds are always well kept everybody here is very kind and respectful and it's quiet. That's one of my other favorite parts if you're looking for a new place to call home stop by and take a look you won't be disappointed .Property Manager Responded

Awesome place to live!
April 17, 2023I lived here for 2.5 years and enjoyed my time there. Only reason I left was for a new job in a different state. The staff were great and very attentive. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of very quickly. The amenities in my apartment and the clubhouse were fantastic. I certainly recommend anyone looking for a new place in the Beavercreek area to check this place out!Property Manager Responded

February 14, 2023I had to lease this apartment sight unseen, and it looks just like the pictures. Transferred in from CO to WPAFB, I was a tad nervous but I was happily surprised to see my apartment. So far, manager and maintenance have been great.Property Manager Responded
