DO NOT RENT
March 2, 2021I have been here for over 5yrs and this management is the worst I have seen. The repair crew had to cut holes in the ceiling to fix the pipes, and they refused to clean up after the repairs or move me into another unit while the ceiling was exposed. I was told to live in the apartment like that, with the ceiling exposed, all the mess, particles all over the apartment. Unbelievable!!!. DO NOT waste your time. you will regret it.Review from Apartments.com
Good service during a bad time
September 5, 2018I have been here for a year and a half and rarely have I had any issues. But this past Labor Day weekend my ac went out on Friday. During the whole time our maintenance team kept me updated with what they were doing and daily along with ways I would be compensated for the time until my ac unit was fixed. And this morning I was able to call the apt managers who confirmed the compensation and let me know they are working on repairs today!! I know especially during this Labor Day weekend they could ...have waitied until Tuesday to do anything. But I really appreciate the drive to help me out during this 5 day period of no AC. July 20, 2015So does the management. We have New management here. They have made our grass green and upgraded the landscrape. Do a lot of remodeling in vacant apartments. Be sure to check your options on the length of lease. I have renewed twice by was only given the option of 6 or 7 months with an increase each time.Review from Apartments.com
