Enjoying and already renewed
October 11, 2022Good location, nice staff, and maintenance is pretty fast too. I’ve been here since august and I’ve already renewed. The price is decent, and they have events sometimes too. The only inconvenience is the washing machine, it’s kinda small. Might want to invest in a wagon or a personal cart the hill is kinda steep and it’ll be helpful bringing stuff in.Review from Apartments.com

Best College Apartment!
March 31, 2022Since the first day here they have always been helpful! The staff is always friendly to me and I never have had a problem with packages. FSP also has the lowest rate for a studio if you want to live by yourself which is also great. This should be in your hunting list!Property Manager Responded

Best Place, Price, & Location!
March 18, 2022First Street has been the best place I have lived in my experience in Greenville as a student. The front office staff recognizes and forms relationships with their residents. Not all that great…
February 25, 2022First the stacked washer and dryer are so small, loud, you have to wash comforters and such at the laundry mat which can take time out of your day and also $6 for a washing machine. The parking is kinda awful but isn't much you can do about that scenario, better purchase a wagon for groceries (comes in handy). Had a major bug issue during move in, seems to be not be as bad now, so thats a good thing.Property Manager Responded
