February 6, 2019My apartment has multiple damaged walls due to leaks and cracked skylights. Fell when they failed to fix a gutter leak and I fell down a flight of stairs. Instead of asking if I was alright they sent an email to not use those stairs... The gutter is still leaking onto the stairs month later. I’ve encountered strange people in the dead of night and was fortunate to have a large dog with me which scared them off. Also note the other review for this place is an employee of NCR, the owner of the ...building. Don’t bother with this place. Update: They called me and tried to talk about these reviews the same day I wrote it. It devolved into them trying to defend their actions and talking in an extremely condescending tone telling me things like “ignore feelings and look at facts”, as if the facts in my review are a positive. Every place has bad reviews, this is one of those reviews you should listen to.
