  • Don't let the "flashiness" fool you

    Most of the apts. do not have windows in the bedrooms, but they don't tell you this. The walls are paper-thin. All sorts of people coming in and out the building to use the amenities (mostly the basketball court area). A few months ago there was a shooting that you probably didn't hear about on the news, the back entrance glass was smashed and replaced with a piece of wood. It took them 2 months before it was fixed. Also the elevator glass keypad was smashed in by a tenant. The intercom alarm ...
    goes off at 2 sometimes 3 AM and then you are told (sorry, that was a false alarm). They will tow your car (no questions asked) even though you are a resident and paying to park in the lot. Cars are broken into OFTEN. Beautiful building, but NOT WORTH IT!
